Christmas Audits for two major Australian businesses

Posted on February 2nd, 2013

Two Green Eleven clients requested full marketing and communications audits of their $75 million and $28 million businesses over the Christmas break. The audits were completed, and presented to the CEO, COO and full boards during January. Green Eleven Director says its a very generous action of CEO’s to open their doors to external consultants under such conditions. “I am always amazed how open business people, of all tiers, are, and how willing they are to receive feedback and plan to action the recommended changes. These two organisations are committed to continual improvement and were both a pleasure to work with.”
