Controllership takes on external benchmarks

Posted on April 22nd, 2020

Five months of commitment from some busy leaders and you arrive with a strong and accepted strategy, execution and monitoring system. The team is aiming to provide their internal customers, or partners, with the same high standards an external consulting firm would offer. In the meantime, they are all about their workforce. So keen to build the interdependence between workforce and customer satisfaction, they have set themselves a lofty standard on both. Although they don’t have the perfect measuring tool yet, the team is looking forward to working this out. Once they have this formula they will be able to not only determine their satisfaction rates, but also the correlation between the workforce and customer satisfaction. On delivery of this plan our Green Eleven team heard; “this system allows for full transparency, which is great for my sub-team. It’s a very well documented plan, its as though we are getting organised to deliver. I’m excited- its so well-defined and we can see how we can contribute.” Good work Controllership- we are pleased we’ve helped, and we look forward to witnessing your journey.
