Green Eleven Culture has just completed a successful professional development day with team members of Kardinya Primary School.
Late in 2018 Kardinya Primary School Principle, Natalie Mayho, contacted Michael Broadbridge to enquire about running a High Performing Teams program during 2019. Natalie was keen to enhance the school’s reputation for continual improvement and high performance.
To commence the program, a unique high performing teams survey was conducted with all team members. The results of the survey were collated into a comprehensive report that was shared with each team member. This report was then used to provide context for the next stage of the engagement, a four hour workshop on January 31st.
The workshop was a mixture of inspiration, education and outcomes, with six discrete actions agreed for the team to embed as their ‘system of high performance’. A report detailing the outcomes of the day and the recommended high performance sustainability strategies is now provided to each team member for comment before agreement and sign-off.
The next stage of the engagement is executive coaching with the Kardinya Primary School Leadership team, followed by further professional development with the team in the middle of 2019.
Thanks must be provided to Natalie Mayho and the entire team at Kardinya Primary School, not only for the engagement and involvement in the session, but for the wonderful jobs they are all doing at the school.
If you are interested in finding out more about how you can drive a high performing teams culture in your workforce, please contact Michael Broadbridge on 0418688218.
